FM25L256B是采用先进的铁电技术制造的256Kb非易失性存储器。铁电随机存储器（FRAM）具有非易失性，并且可以象RAM一样快速读写。数据在掉电后可以保存10年，同时消除由EEPROM和其他非易失性存储器导致的复杂性，开销和系统级别可靠性问题。 -FM25L256B is the use of advanced technology manufacturing ferroelectric 256Kb nonvolatile memory. Ferroelectric random access memory (FRAM) with a non-volatile, and can read and write as quickly as RAM. Data can be saved in the power-down after 10 years, while eliminating by EEPROM and other nonvolatile memory led to the complexity, overhead and system level reliability problems.
