    操作ini文件，windows pc环境下可以用系统自带的函数进行操作，可当应用环境是wince时，PC下的系统函数就使用不了了，此时需要自己来编写函数实现。     我使用的就是自己写函数来取代系统函数的功能，从而实现WINCE环境下对INI文件的操作。
