根据用户指定的、宽、高来绘制立方体，并没有指定顶点来绘制，所以要将立方体居中显示，可以通过SetViewportOrg函数将设备上下文的顶点移动到窗体中心，设备上下文有两种类型的顶点，一种是窗口顶点，另一个是视口顶点。
