实现FPGA高速采样功能

这个程序可以实现两个串口直接的通信，labview(This program can realize two serial communication directly)

FFT，包络解调，共振解调，包络检波，倒频谱的labview的程序，这些都是我自己编的，不是从论坛下载的(FFT, envelope demodulation, envelope demodulation, cepstrum, demodulated resonance)
