代码说明:

本模块是实现在遥感影像中,针对特定的定位点,直接提取其DN值。首先读取经纬度信息,然后将经纬度信息依照遥感影像IDL的读取规则进行行列号转换,最后利用行列号对影像点进行信息的提取,本程序可实现批量,批量读取,批量导出。
