应用背景Qt下可以将pcm编码的声音进行输出，也可以对网络传输过来的进行播放，和audio input配合可以实现音频的网络传输,如果需要支持更多的音频编码，请额外添加第三方库关键技术Qt  Audio pcm，默认使用qt中的类初始化音频播放，可以自己添置频率，声道，采样率等等。。。。。。。
