一个windows下的多线程串口通程序(windows of a multi-threaded process Serial)

适用于用美国TI公司生产的TMS320F2812DSP芯片。对于电机控制的速度控制模式的PID控制算法。附件中为该PID控制算法的源程序。并且已经通过了实验调试证明可以应用于电机控制中。
