在视频跟踪过程中，图像中的背景会对跟踪有较大影响，这时就需要对图像的背景进行滤除，该代码时opencv+vs2010上运行的，利用背景减除法将背景与运动的目标进行分离，然后对运动的目标进行跟踪，实验运行效果较好。
