改进的Sobel算子
对传统的Sobel边缘检测算子加以改进，是改进后的的算子具有以下优点：1.可以识别更加细微的边缘 2.边缘检测更加的准确，检测的边缘更加精准（边缘所占的像素点更加少，传统的Sobel算子检测的边缘像素点达到3-4个像素之宽，改进后的算法的像素点达到2个像素点）
