监控文件夹改变，并解压tar.ga文件

这次设计的程序是考勤管理系统，主要用于企事业单位的考勤，便于统计员工的出勤情况。(The program is designed to attendance management systems, mainly for attendance enterprises, to facilitate employee attendance statistics.)

onenet是中国移动开发的开放的服务器平台，现在免费，按照给出的文档，可以将数据发送到onenet服务端，服务端提供了很多应用接口，十分方便应用开发，这个是节点上传数据实例代码，可以直接用.

本代码是在VS2008，opencv2.3.1环境下实现的。运用了查找表的思想对算法进行了优化，是程序运行的更快。并且用直方图显示了图像像素的分布情况，而且在直方图中显示了图像的阈值点。
