该程序是在opencv平台上编写编译的，利用opencv函数读取图像，然后提取出图像中的RGB成分，并分别显示出来。程序比较简单易懂，主要是对图像中的数据矩阵进行操作，和matlab代码相比要复杂很多，但是有一定的实际jiazhi ，对于我们理解图像和opencv入门有好处。
