用Delphi播放AVI文件，AVI是一种视频格式，其实在Windows系统中，有很多的AVI小视频，用于实现Windows窗口中的小动画效果，在很多时候，我们可以借助播放AVI视频来实现窗体上的一些动画效果，比如Loading进度条、Office助手等。
