说明：  这是“Active contours driven by local and global intensity fitting energy with application to brain MR image segmentation”（简称LGIF模型）的MATLAB源代码。LGIF模型是非常重要局部区域活动轮廓模型, 它结合了CV模型和LBF模型各自的优点。(This is the "Active contours driven by local and global intensity fitting energy with application to brain MR image segmentation" (referred to as LGIF model) of the MATLAB source code. 通过自动阈值选择方法实现图像二值化。初始阈值T是图像均值；T把图像直方图分成R1和R2两个区域；计算R1和R2均值u1和u2，选择u1和u2均值作新的阈值；重复以上步骤直到T值基本不变。(Automatic Threshold Selection；)
