光流检测车辆

大家好好利用，共同学习，里面的代码是在vs2013+opencv3.2环境下调试成功的，其他的版本也能用，只要版本别太低，运行的时候记得加载初始yml文件，这是很关键的一步，当然也可以用自己的摄像头进行测试，若有问题可以给我发邮件

Gabor特征提取，使用python，输出为一个直方图。用于kcf的目标跟踪(Gabor feature extraction, using python, output as a histogram. Target tracking for KCF)

利用opencv对水平中运动物体进行检测，检验过是可以用的。但是不同的平台可能有差别可能需要稍微再调试下。

说明：  添加opencv最新库中以来的xfeatured下载文件，cmake使用(Add the xfeatured download file from opencv's latest library, and cmake uses it)
