全面的实现多假设跟踪(MHT)算法例程

说明：  在matlab中实现主成分分析方法，并使用FERET库的灰度图像进行测试(This package implements basic Principal Component Analysis in Matlab and tests is with grayscale portion of the FERET database. )

lansvd分解算法，先对矩阵进行lanczos分解，再进行svd奇异值分解。代码里面含有注释。(lansvd decomposition algorithm, first lanczos the matrix decomposition, then svd singular value decomposition. Code which contains comments.)
