一种小波变换实现视频的频率排列

这是图像处理的一个小程序，用vb编程实现，对图像进行翻转变换，拉普拉斯变换和小波变换。-image processing is a small program, vb programming, turn right image transformation, Laplace Transform and wavelet transform.
