transform from JPEG to BMP

MFC只提供了BMP位图的载入,我给大家提供一个包含JPG GIF TIF PNG 格式图片载入的类库-MFC provides only BMP bitmap loading, let us provide an included JPG GIF TIF PNG format image loading library

在visual c++下读取*.bmp位图的信息，并显示位图，点击“查看”->“信息”菜单，弹出对话框中显示色彩位数、图像高度宽度、文件头大小等等信息。-In the visual c++ Read*. bmp bitmap information, and display the bitmap, click on

不错的chart控件,可以显示很多图表-good control chart can show that many charts.

很不错的图像控件源码，很好用，适合在VC开发时用，达到所见即所得，并支持JPG和BMP的图象。-very good image control source, a highly suitable for the development of the VC used to achieve WYSIWYG, and JPG and BMP images.

一个很好用的vc 类库，可以进行,jpg2000，到bmp的转换，也可进行bmp到JPg2000的转换，支持的格式有,jp2,j2k,jpc,bmp,pcx，jpg等-a good use of vc class library can be done, PDF, bmp conversion can also be JPg2000 bmp to the conversion, support for the format, jp2, j2k, jpc, bmp, nil, jpg, etc.

在vc环境下把位图文件压缩成jpeg格式文件的实现-in vc environment where bitmap file compression jpeg format into the realization

实现了bmp和jpeg之间的相互转换-Realizing the file s inter-transformation between the bmp and jpeg

gif/jpg/bmp viewer.

DICOM是Digital Imaging and COmmunication of Medicine的缩写，是美国放射学会(American College of Radiology，ACR)和美国电器制造商协会(National Electrical Manufacturers Association，NEMA)组织制定的专门用于医学图像的存储和传输的标准名称。 本例实现了这样的功能-DICOM is the Digital Imaging and COmmunication of Medicine of the initials, Radiological Society of the United States (American College of Radiology, ACR) and American Electrical Manufacturers Association (National Electrical Manufacturers Association, NEMA) developed by the Organization dedicated medical image storage and transmission of standard name. After ten years of development, has been the standard of medical equipment manufacturers and the medical profession widely accepted in the medical equipment to be universal and applications, with a DICOM interface computed tomography (CT), nuclear magnetic resonance (MR), angiocardiography and ultrasound imag
