转换遥感影像并计算lai的批处理程序

说明：  IDL环境下，根据矢量文件批量对遥感影像进行裁切处理(In IDL environment, remote sensing images are cut in batches according to vector files.)

本模块是实现在遥感影像中，针对特定的定位点，直接提取其DN值。首先读取经纬度信息，然后将经纬度信息依照遥感影像IDL的读取规则进行行列号转换，最后利用行列号对影像点进行信息的提取，本程序可实现批量，批量读取，批量导出。

说明：  关于matlab和RS方面的文献，对于做遥感应用很有益，比较好。(Matlab and RS on the literature, for remote sensing applications is very useful to do, better.)

So for the front of the further research of bistatic SAR is quite valuable. )

通过选择evf文件，在ENVI+IDL中实现遥感影像的批量裁剪,方便快捷，针对处理多时段的遥感影像，可以根据自己需要做对应的修改。

裁剪shape文件，使用idl编程实现，就是一个功能，编译以后可以直接调用这个函数(Clipping shape file, using idl programming, is a function, after compiling can directly call this function)
