本程序是一个小的网络爬虫程序，爬虫对象是网易财经的股票，债券的历史交易信息，通过爬取这些数据，为固定收益的计算模型提供训练和校验数据。程序中，输入参数为：证券代码，起始年份，终止年份，结果会写入到一个“证券/股票代码_证券/股票名_起始年份-终止年份”的CSV文件中。
