Image enhancement based

基于OpenCV的计算机视觉技术实现 作者:陈胜勇 刘盛 等 此书第二章代码1-OpenCV based on computer vision technology: Chensheng Yong Sheng-code such as this book Chapter 1

实现YUV-RGB转换,以方便图像的读写-do YUV-RGB transformation

图像处理中的密度滤波方法，可去除小斑点杂波的影响。-Image processing method of the density filter can remove the effects of clutter in small spots.

3_D 图像平滑算法，对计算机图像学，图像处理，3维显示等应用很重要-3_d image smoothing, it is important for graphics, image processing,3_d display

支持多种图像格式的显示程序 *.bmp*.dib*.gif*.jpg*.jpe*.jpeg*.pcx*.tga*.tif*.ti-Supports a wide range of image display program format*. bmp*. dib*. gif*. jpg*. jpe*. jpeg*. pcx*. tga*. tif*. ti

一个打开图片并将其转变为黑白图片的程序及其工程文件。需要预安装OpenCV。若有任何问题联系chenxiang@cad.zju.edu.cn-Open a picture and convert it into a black-and-white picture of the process and its engineering documents. Need to pre-install OpenCV. If you have any questions contact chenxiang@cad.zju.edu.cn

该程序采用自适应模糊匹配算法完成贝尔模板图像到全彩图像的插值运算-the procedure adaptive fuzzy matching algorithm Bell template image to the entire color pictures as the interpolation operation

程序内包含了大量的图像处理子程序，像离散傅里叶变换，离散余弦变换还有图像编码，图像分割多个方面的内容，值得借鉴。-Program contains a large number of image processing routines, such as discrete Fourier transform, discrete cosine transform still image coding, image segmentation various aspects, it is worth learning.
