用vc写的一个简单的图形系统，所有图形的显示都是用采用自己写的算法-vc written with a simple graphics system, all graphics display has been used to adopt its own written algorithm

Image scaling, including the 256-color bitmap, and 24 for true color bitmap

简单的DIB处理类库，包括DIB的创建，操作和现实-simple processing library DIB, DIB, including the creation, operation and reality

-a very good vc planar image programming, similar to windows of the drawing board.

其中PaintDlg.DLL封装了画板的主模块。Paint. -Paint Vc++ source Code

Compiled in Turbo C++ 3.0.-more pictures, even if similar Compiled in Turbo C 3.0.

Free to develop things, interested users to see, I am sorry, not very mature

自己编的一个256色dib图像处理软件,基本的处理都有,比如边缘检测,中值滤波,有不足之处还请指教,-developed a 256-color image processing software dib, have dealt with the basic, such as edge detection, Median filtering, inadequate Department also requested the exhibitions,

打开bmp文件的图像,并对图像做相关处理,如滤波,变换等.-Bmp file to open the image, and image-related deal to do, such as filtering, transformation and so on.
