在软件界面设置PLC参数

说明：  通过74HC573实现单片机控制数码管的亮灭循环滚动播放。这个功能主要是想拓展AVR单片的I/O引脚，使单片机的引脚可以实现更多功能(Realize single-chip control digital tube through 74HC573)
