为将测量坐标系匹配到CAD坐标系,研究了自由曲面检测中被测曲面和设计曲面的匹配方法,提出了多级匹配策略.首先进行曲面的粗匹配,使实测曲面和设计曲面保持大致相同的位置和姿态,即先定义曲面中心,然后搜索4个角点,通过这5个点的匹配实现粗定位.接着在粗定位的基础上进行精定位,通过对目标函数的变形,提出了一种新的方法来完成对位姿关系的求解.最后通过一个自由曲面的仿真实验,验证了方法的有效性.
