H.263编码器的主要特征：包括运动估计和补偿 离散余弦变换(DCT) 量化 熵编码 帧存储-H.263 coding for the main features : including motion estimation and compensation discrete cosine transform (DCT) quantify entropy coding frame memory, etc.

-Can only deal with the original software can be 256 colors for corrosion and expansion because of its reasons for clearmem new software does not have this feature so that different functions in order to more clearly seen, if want to add a continuous function, just to View2 the correlation function of the Notes to run on it.

用于处理球体的光影变化的程序 使用VISUAL C++编写-for handling the ball of light and shade change the procedures used to prepare VISUAL C

-This procedure for full-variational (Total Variation, TV) denoising algorithm, which uses the PDF to correct TV algorithm small problem. This algorithm is well preserved, while Original edge information to remove noise.

图像变换，VC++,编译OK，具体包括：各种角度的图像旋转，镜像变换，缩放等-Image transform, VC++, Compiled OK, specifically including: various angles of the image rotation, mirroring transformation, zoom, etc.

Fuzzy Clustering Toolbox, the use of the toolbox can extract the characteristics of many types of discrimination
