本工程是由IAR5.5编译，芯片是msp430f5438.实现功能：1.LCD12864液晶显示，并且支持多级菜单2.PWM电机驱动，模拟自行车转速3.光电传感器测速，利用pwm调速4.时间实时显示，可设置年月日，时分秒5.flash存储，保存里程数，掉电不丢失
