MATLAB7.0  与VC6.0  混合编程。。目前直接10个函数的优化。。以及01背包的解决。。界面用VC，后台算法有matlab和C 。  值得新手学习一下   注释比较详细

EVC 基于CE的TTS源码，需安装语音库(TTS resource code based on wince)
