飞思卡尔DZ60内部晶振校准
在使用飞思卡尔单片机DZ60时发现，使用用它内部晶振时，串口无法通信，查其原因并分析后得出的结论是内部晶振误差较大，需要校准，本代码通过使用串口通信来得出晶振校准值，使用该校准值后，串口波特率为9600能很好的通信
