应用背景物理大地测量中，将大地坐标系转换为球坐标系。大地坐标系是建立在一个椭球基础上的坐标，先转换成地心笛卡尔坐标系，然后由地心笛卡尔直角坐标系转换为地心球坐标系。关键技术 输入文件Input.dat 格式 B L H， 转换的椭球参数为 椭球长半径 a=6378137m, 扁率倒数为298.257223563。先转换为笛卡尔球心直角坐标系，然后进一步转换为 球坐标系，输出文件为 convert.dat
