PWM波   基于STM32  用TIM2_CH3（可自己改，注释里有怎么改）测试使用的单片机为STM32F103C8T6。输出PWM波，用的时钟为TIM2_CH3（可自己改，注释里教怎么改）输出的端口为PA15，也可以自己改。代码可用，main函数里有输出的PWM波作用在灯上（测试），做的呼吸灯，也可以改端口输出给电机。经测试，输出的PWM可用。
