-Heart rate means the number of pulse per minute, it can reflect the work of the state of the heart. Normal heart rate determined by the rhythm of the sinoatrial node, resting adult is about 60 ~ 100 times/min, an average of about 75 times/min. Heart rate may be due to age, gender and other factors change. Heart rate of newborn infants of about 130/min, growth has gradually slowed down with age, to adolescence adult heart rate is near. Women slightly faster rate than men athletes slow heart rate. Quiet adult heart rate over 120 times/min, and for the tachycardia less than 40 times/min for bradycardia. Heart rate by the plant regulate neural and humoral factors.

-In electronic technology, the frequency is one of the most basic parameters, but also with a number of electrical parameters of the measurement program, the measurement results have a very close relationship between the frequency of measurement, therefore it is even more important. Measurement of the frequency of a number of means, electronic measurement of the frequency counter with high precision, easy to use, rapid measurement, and measurement is easy to realize the advantages of process automation is an important means of measuring the frequency of one. Graduates in this design we have chosen to make use of single-chip digital frequency meter, and used in the actual production of a direct
