上传了几种常见的遥感影像质量评价的指标，由matlab语言编写，主要包括IFC、Q4、VIF等影像质量评价指标可以对影像信息进行转化，各种指标能显示影像质量好坏程度，在处理影像前，可以提供预先的估计，估计处理结果大概能达到什么样的一个结果。
