Abstract—In this paper, a new lossy technique based on wavelet transform for compression of breast ultrasound images is presented. The experiments are performed on 16 different wavelet functions and the quality of reconstructed images is evaluated by using Compression Ratio (CR), Normalized Mean Square Error (NMSE), Normalized Absolute Error (NAE), and Peak Signal to Noise Ratio (PSNR) criterion. An ultrasonographer performed the subjective assessment. This study shows that among the utilized wavelets,

本程序为polar code的编码与SC译码的实例，例中使用 4位信息码与4位固定码混合的示例码进行编译码的过程，并且给出了TEB/SNR的图像。( This program is an instance of encoding and decoding SC polar code, for example the use of four information code is mixed with four fixed code sample code encoding and decoding process, and gives the TEB/SNR images.)
