grab video under linux

-VFW video capture acquisition system, using VC++ Language development, come up with to share with you.

视频捕捉程序，是纯Win32程序，不是MFC，对初学者学习视频编程有益-This is a programme of video capturing and it is very useful for beginner, because it is a pure Win32 programme instead of MFC.

-camera programming, using pure API written in video capture process. On this basis can write for their own procedures.

-Provided with opencv functions to obtain real-time video camera is a small example.

The junior school 54 Cup car camera control procedures above, I hope all of you to help

Run "TestGoDec" firstly for testing the background modeling by GoDec on Hall  dataset.  Run "TestSSGoDec" firstly for testing the background modeling by Semi-Soft  GoDec on Hall dataset. The time cost on my PC is 8.75s, which is >4 times  faster than ordinary GoDec.
