应用背景螺纹在工业生产中使用频率非常高,对其进行实时高精度的测量对提高配件质量有重要作用。传统螺纹的检测主要采用两种方法:其一是综合检验法;另一种是单参数测量法。二者都需人工操作,精度相对较低,整个测量过程耗时耗力,工作效率低,且易导致螺纹损伤。关键技术本文利用面阵CCD成像系统,结合光学测量、计算机图像处理等技术,研制了螺纹参数非接触测量系统,并以matlab为平台,编制了检测程序,实现了图像数据采集、二维图像再现、边缘特征提取、边界拟合等功能,能够有效地测 量螺纹的多项参数
