TMS320C6678 DSP gpio的驱动程序，在TI官方的开发板上测试成功。包含gpio的通道选择，参数设置。代码由C语言编写，是DSP的底层驱动程序。使用了TI的CSL库函数，在使用时注意添加相关的库路径，需要安装有关BIOS的开发DSK
