代码说明：

原本的SEEDS超像素分割算法需要调用的Opencv比较旧，直接用matlab执行mex函数会出现无法找到相应的.lib。我修改了他的mex文件，可以直接使用，使用的是VC++ 2013，Matlab2016b，opencv-2.4.13.3。需要注意的是，在mex -L命令后面的目录需要改成你自己Opencv的安装路径。 compile_mex2.m文件是我修改后的。如果需要SEEDS的原始文件，请去http://www.mvdblive.org/seeds/，自行下载=。=~ 2018.12.13
