-BMP image to gray-scale images, in image processing is very useful!

-In this paper, multi-spectral image registration between images in different spectral gray there is a big difference, the same scene in different performance characteristics of band varies and so on, based on mutual information similarity measure for multi-spectral image registration algorithm .

本代码实现了图像Walsh变换，非常经典，带图片可测试.-Walsh (Walsh) is a separable transform transform, which are widely used in image processing. Implementation of the code of the image Walsh transform, very classic, with pictures can be tested.
