MATLAB仿真

中间包括好几个希尔伯特黄的算法，基于MATLAB软件下运行。有emd-visu,emd-separation,emd-sampling,emd-n,里面还有hht 其他的内容，完整，经过测试。做信息处理，Fourier 是个万金油。HHT的优势所在，HHT是一个超adaptive的方法。

产生图形窗口,生成静态文本,生成控制按钮,添加自定义菜单,创建现场菜单等功能(to Produce the graphics window， to generate static text， to generate the control button， to add a custom menu, to create a site menu and other functions)

说明：  雷达模拟程序，图像界面，在不同版本的MATLAB运行时需要调试。(Radar simulation program, image interface, need to be debugged in different versions of MATLAB.)
