高德API爬取行政区域边界

说明：  python的简单爬虫作业，爬取b站相关视频弹幕(simple python homework)

用简单神经网络(ANN)实现的手写数字识别(minst),可直接运行，用的是Tensorflow框架，通过该例程可以掌握Tensorflow基本用法(With a simple neural network (CNN) to achieve the handwritten numeral recognition (minst), can be run directly, using the Tensorflow framework, through the routine can master Tensorflow basic usage)

说明：  使用多层双向LSTM对输入进行编码，并用于IMDB数据集分类，ACC可以达到92。(Using multi-layer bidirectional LSTM to encode input and classify IMDB data sets, ACC can reach 92.)

用到的数据是2015微博用户画像比赛提供的数据，数据包含在文件中。这份代码能够实现完整的提取特征到训练模型，从而的出预测结果的功能。用到了sklearn及panda包。(The data used is provided by the user portrait competition of microblog in 2015. This code can complete the function of extracting features to the training model, thus producing the prediction results. Sklearn and panda packages are used.)

说明：  在keras神经网络框架下，训练提前收集的车流量数据，对未来车流量预测。(Under the framework of keras neural network, train the traffic data collected in advance to predict the future traffic.)
