主要研究基于Tms320vc5402的视频编码器的软件实现方法和Tms320vc5402外围硬件系统设计.-Embedded image acquisition processing and transmission system has a small size, high stability, in the intelligent transportation, electricity, communications, computer vision and other fields are widely used. With DSP technology, used in the DSP software for real-time digital video compression video compression standard application of the bright spots in this application than the more specialized compression chip with the flexibility and upgrade potential. In this paper, the authors propose a realization of offline video capture, compression coding and video data communication method. major research based on the TMS320VC5402 video encoder software methods and realize TMS320VC5402 external hardware system design.

-err
