stm32f103zet6的串口1和串口4的配置，之前一直配置有问题，原来是管脚的设置问题，map到的问题是不知道怎么解决，但是直接不用map的就可以用，如何配置了串口的中断就需要加串口的中断函数不然就会莫名其妙的出现问题，目前没有解决
