只需要将你需要导入的视频替换原来的视频，运行即可实现目标检测与跟踪，但还需要自己配置好环境，本人是用opencv3.0.0和visual studio 2013环境下运行的，运行稍微调动滚动条。

这个是使用OpenCV实现车辆的检测与跟踪的源代码。经测试可用，实现道路车辆的检测与跟踪，是目前交通领域比较热门的话题。

基于VC2010开发环境，使用OpenCV 2.4.10应用傅里叶算法，做水印加入处理，及相关的水印还原处理。 可以对png,jpg等不同图像格式的文件做暗水印加入及还原水印的功能。
