基于matlab平台实现,本程序的性能已经达到较高水平，含噪脉冲信号进行相关检测,自写曲率计算函数 ,对信号进行频谱分析及滤波，LDPC码的完整的编译码。

本代码为matlab平台开发用于计算图像的亮度。BRISQUE 算法对图像亮度去相关，提取亮度归一化系数向量与自然图像相应特征向量对比，以实现对图像失真评分。用matlab编写的功能函数，可编程使用。
