图象处理程序，具有很多图象处理功能，用VC开发的。

图像处理开发包，很不错的代码，我用它开发了很多实用的软件！-image processing development kit, a very good source, I use it to develop a lot of practical software!

用VC代码读取BMP文件并显示-VC code reader and BMP documents show

实现位图的淡入淡出显示-fades out of the show

对于黑白图像，边界处理。利用SOBLE算子与拉普拉斯变换等。具有很高的研究与试验价值-for black-and-white images of boundaries. Use SOBLE Operator and Laplace transform other. High research and experimental values

图像处理源代码，介绍了利用最小二乘法对BMP图像进行直线拟合的方法-image processing source code, introduced to the use of least squares to BMP images linear fitting method

VC实现的三角形判断小程序，可用作简单测试用例-VC of the triangle to determine the realization of small procedures, can be used as a simple test case

海康卡开发包用于开发视频等等有想用的请联系我-海康卡development kit for the development of video and so on would like to have please contact me

这是我的研究生编写的程序 我觉得编写得不错 推荐给大家-This my graduate prepared by the procedure I think is quite well prepared to recommend we use.

通过忽略精度 有24位bmp转为16位img压缩图片 ，生成的图片在嵌入式环境内读取速度很快，相应的文件查看软件请下载ImgViewer-Through neglect precision 24-bit bmp into 16 img compressed picture, the picture generated in the embedded environment to read fast, the appropriate file to view software download ImgViewer

关于WINCE中二维图形的控件,非常实用!-About WINCE control of two-dimensional graphics, very useful!
