该程序主要实现机器视觉识别中的ＯＣＲ识别应用——手动在画板上画出一个数字，然后能够自动识别出数字来。代码包含六个文件：preprocessing.cpp，basicOCR.cpp，main.cpp，basicOCR.h，preprocessing.h。主要进行前期图片处理，然后归一化，分类，训练，测试识别等。然后还有一个文件夹内包含测试和训练所需字符图片，总共10类，每类100张图片，每类中前50张用于训练后50张用于测试。
