h263_loop为H263算法的DEMO包括了H263算法的压缩与解压。

  在一套基于DM6437芯片的板卡系统上，连接好电脑和DSP仿真器，将摄像头的输出连接至板卡的输入，板卡的输出接一个显示器。在CCS3.3中，打开该工程，编译运行，产生.out文件，下载到芯片上即可运行该工程。该工程的功能是：把摄像头捕捉到的一幅图像进行锐化处理，并将之输出到显示器。  需要注意的是，视频的格式需要特别的关注，摄像头输出制式为PAL，显示器的输入为AV。
