ucosii移植基于LPC2148，六团

嵌入式开发板smart210的按键中断程序， 实现裸机按键中断，使用汇编语言编写。为后面的移植uboot到smart210上做良好的基础，并且实现串口控制台的控制功能。   代码的编写主要通过阅读芯片手册并且参考uboot源代码，配置好寄存器来完成的。 在本代码中，当看到led点亮以后，按键中断。
