基于最新版本FFMPEG（20131211）实现的视频播放器，程序中包含解码及播放，能播放常见的MP4、avi等多种视频文件，主要是演示ffmpeg解码过程，播放时没有帧率控制，音频数据的播放功能还有待进一步实现，VS2008工程，期待高手进一步改进
