对于一般情况，VC自带的memcpy效率一般。但在处理大块内存和大内存运算上，效率就不高了。实际上CPU的扩展指令集MMX、SSE及后期64位和128位指令可以简单改善内存操作。不过也有一些限制，由于要考虑CPU指令序列前后，否则优化效果不明显。这是一个使用MMX/SSE的简单优化例子。
