一个实现串口的数据采集代码

这是一个关于垂直腔半导体光放大器（VCSOA，微腔光放大器的一种）中的双稳态曲线计算程序，用Matlab语言写成，可执行。程序是根据VCSOA中的速率方程（Rate Equation）编写的。从曲线上可以看出随着输入功率Pin的变化VCSOA的输出功率Pout的双稳态曲线，是进一步研究该问题的基本素材之一。(This is a computation program for calculating the bistability activity of the vertical cavity semiconductor optical amplifier, which is based on the rate equation in VCSOA. 读取一个单柱asciiinput文件时间序列得出的嵌入空间以及最大Lyapunov指数依赖于时间的收敛性。所提供的参数输入文件中的点的个数，数据采样时间（正确升级的指数），嵌入延迟，嵌入维数，确定进化时间多久每个初始lengthelement迭代，最小和最大的lengthelement初始大小，最大允许角度分离的每个连续lengthelement之间，和最大的乘法器的最大允许尺寸的初始长度和角度分离元件（这乘数为actionif程序找不到一个特定的相空间点足够小angleseparation足够接近的邻居）。一如既往，你也可以chooseif程序应该记得最后一集的参数或不。时间从加入卡航完成，程序将上述图形以及收益计算最大Lyapunov指数。
